Waterfront Realty Sales was founded in 1991 by Leslie Jeffery. For 20 years Leslie and her team of excellent agents have been selling the beaches of Pinellas County. In 2011 Tim & Gina Johnson became the owners of Waterfront Realty Sales and have continued the tradition of excellence in the business. All of our agents are seasoned professionals that are committed to excellence.

Tim & Gina Johnson are the owners of Waterfront Realty Sales. Tim is the President and Broker with an I.R.E.S designation. Gina is the Chief Motivation Officer, a Sales Associate with the SRES and ABR designations and a certified Buffini Mentor.
